•	We'll issue you a price with details required via email
•	You email back the details we require so we can do the assessment/s
•	When the assessment/s are completed we'll email back the data with a Tax Invoice (conditions apply)
•	You check the data and pay the Tax Invoice
•	We'll email back the Certificate/s with the stamped Working Drawings (all in pdf)

$199.00 is based on (DTS Elemental):

$199.00 Inc Gst (per Assessment) the Main Reporting is based on a single storey dwelling using standard basic designs and/or construction methods under 200 sqm, non standard architectural designs and/or constructions methods will be priced accordingly.

• All projects are issued a price via email once we have received the Working Drawings.
• Glazing Calculator: NCC 2019: V2, BCA - Part 3.12.2: Depending on the type of project and reporting required, sometimes this report is priced separately for the Main Reporting and will be priced accordingly.
• Artificial Lighting and Loss of Ceiling Insulation Reports are not included in this assessment reporting but can be provided if required, details below.

Artificial Lighting Report (DTS Elemental):

$99.00 Inc Gst (per Assessment) is based on a single dwelling using standard basic designs and/or construction methods under 200 sqm, non standard architectural designs and/or constructions methods will be priced accordingly.

Artificial Lighting as laid out in the; NCC 2013, Volume 2 , BCA - Part 3.12.5.5 Artificial Lighting.

Artificial Lighting reports are not part of an energy rating report.

If the architect/draftsperson have not included this process on their drawings then we can provide a report based on the pricing above.

Loss of Ceiling Insulation Report (DTS Elemental):

Loss of Ceiling Insulation as laid out in the; NCC 2013, Volume 2,
BCA - Part 3.12.1.2(e) Loss of Ceiling Insulation.

This process can now be completed in an energy rating report if an electrical/lighting plan is supplied with the working drawings.

But if you haven't decided on your lighting options until the frame/lockup stage then we can provide a report based on the pricing above.

Minimum Drawing details required for Pricing:

The Drawings (fully detailed & dimensioned) must show the following details so we can issue a price via email with details required:
•	Site Plan needs to show the bearing/degrees with the north point reflecting these bearing/degrees.
•	Floor Plans showing; floor coverings, door sizes, window sizes and/or numbered to a Window Schedule and the floor plans to be fully dimensioned.
•	Elevations showing; windows including materials, types & colours; roof materials including types & colours; external cladding including types & colours and the elevations to be fully dimensioned.
•	Sections showing; construction material details, types, sizes and be fully dimensioned.
•	Demolition Works Plan (If available and/or requested).
•	Roof Plans (If available and/or requested).
•	Lighting/Electrical plans (If available and/or requested).
•	Wall Schedule (If available and/or requested).
•	Window and Door Schedules (If available and/or requested).
